Dummy ASN no. is created while ASN is Published, eventhough Validation error is displayed

Hi Gurus,

I am facing one issue, in which dummy ASN no are getting generated when I am clicking on Publish even though a validation error is displayed.

Can you please let me know how to disable the Publish button once validation error are displayed so that dummy ASN no's are not generated by suppliers.

Hi Uday,

That is standard behavior of SNC and if you  don't want to display dummy ASN number if validation is failing then you need to perform some code corrections for not showing this ASN number

Are you able to publish ASN with having validation errors? I dont think it will allow you to publish ASN.

Please check number range attributes and number range settings for ASN in web UI under master data menu.
