DTR Life cycle status

Need your suggestions for the below issue.

I am new to TM and doing a POC for our client.

We are creating a DTR based on the delivery document created in ECC .

The issue here is i am getting the DTR and Freight units created automatically based on the DTR determination condition and the FUBR assigned to the DTR type.This is working fine for a set of location (Source location ZSHP - Destination Location CUST1) but if i use different location say different source location and destination location (ZNSW - CUST4) there is no planning happening but the DTR is getting created and gets the life cycle status as completed.

Configuration settings like Delivery type, DTR type ,Planning profile, FUBR and material remains the same in both the cases , only location differs.

Please let me know if i am missing some settings or any other root cause for this behavior
