Driver-Based Planning: Time period not displayed while creating a new driver

Hello all,

we are facing an issue trying to setup/work with the App "Driver-Based Planning". We tested everything on development system and all worked fine. As we moved on to production system, we're facing a strange issue in which we can't select any time-period when we try to create a "New Driver".

Steps we have done:

Create a new Driver Planning View:

When we afterwards try to create a new Driver:

We can't select any time-period here:

We also can't just add "TW20" or something. It wont let us click "Create" Does anyone had this issue before? Is there anything we can check? For me it seems like either there is some settings missing or the reference between driver and Planning area isn't done correctly.

If the key figures you are going to display contain the technical week level, there is nothing else I would know of what could be missing --> I would open an OSS ticket
