Drilldown charts

Hi community,

Would you please have the pleasure to inform me about any potential possibility on SAP IBP 5.0 for drilldown charts?

Imagine for example that I have a chart where I demonstrate all the brands of my company and I would like to click on a certain brand's column of the chart and see the drilldown cart of the chart.

Is that possible in SAP IBP 5.0?`

This is possible.

You need to create different charts, Level 1, Level 2 Level 3 etc and define the drill down sequence by clicking on Explore.

Hi Colleagues,

I´m facing the same issue but when trying to Drilldown using "Month" as an Attribute for Drilldown.

I have opened an OSS for this specific issue and once SAP answer it, I will let you know the results of it.

I have experienced the same.  The drilldown appears to work nicely when acccessed via the Analytics app, but when on the Dashboard it doesn't allow drilldown.  I'd love to understand how others have been successful with the drilldown from the Dashboard if it is possible.

Hi Alescandra and Vitek,

I successfully created all the necessary levels and the drilldown works only when entring from the analytics tile.

When entering the dashboard where I have put my parent chart, the drill down does not work.

Would you please have the pleasure and the time to give me your opinion on that?

Hi Vasillas,

This problem may come if you place any chart in dashboard which is not the Root (or Level 1).

Can you please check again that you have placed Level 1 chart in the dashboard?

In fact, I click on the columns of the first's level graph but I dont come up with the next level as it happens in the analytics tily

Hi Vasilis,

Yes, it is. From the chart you created you can easily navigate to the Drilldown Dashboard.
