DP BOM CVC not able to create with numeric number product in SCM 7.0 along with PDS. But we can create with Alpha numeric product . Experts please can you help me where we are missing logic?

The CVC creation method doesn't allow combinations which have apostrophe in a characteristic value.
Please refer SAP note 2815755 - /SAPAPO/TS_PSTRU_PPM_MERGE does not create some CVCs
