hello thank you for responding The issue of double consumption with the handheld scanner occurs during the confirmation of item consumption in the picking process. When the operator confirms the consumption, the system sometimes records this action twice, leading to double consumption for a single item

Do you get double consumption on desktop also? if you dont get it double consumption in desktop, then there is a problem in handheld program so you need to debug and find the issue(if it is z program)  If it is happening in both desktop as well as handheld device then there is a problem in both program. As you mentioned fiori app so it seems it is a standard app. in this case you need to take help from SAP support team. it may be a bug in apps 

Also if it is a standard fiori apps you can see fiori library and see the enhancement packs
