Does IBP Data Integration access respects Authorization roles/ Permission filters?

Hi Experts,

Does IBP Data Integration access respects Authorization roles/ Permission filters.

For example: If your role have access only to edit KF1, also in the role you have 'Data Integration Jobs' app - will the the role allow to upload/change KF2, KF3 etc.

Also, if you have access to change Country 1 in Permission filters, with Data Integration can you load other countries?
