Does Goods issue quantity consume forecast?

Hi experts

Would you tell me Goods issue quantity consume forecast in Response supply of OBP?

I integrated Goods issue with SDI file adapter. However Goods issue didn't consume that.

I supposed SAP Help(URL is below) said Goods issue quantity consume forecast.
Is my understanding wrong?
or is it something wrong the system?

Hi,

It will consume goods issue quantity for forecast consumption.

Please refer to IBP standard process if requires simply customize based on your requirements.
