Hi,

do you mean Division (SPART) or Business Area (GSBER)?

If you mean SPART ==>

1. Define your Credit Control Area (CCA) at the level of each Division

2. Assign each CCA to the corresponding Sales Area (which contains the Division) table TVTA_KKB.

This step will ensure that all the documents with SD origin will be allocated to the corresponding CCA.

For the payments:

1. For the payments with clearing, they inherit the CCA from the paid document, thus the actualization of the payment in the right CCA is ensured.

2. For credits on account (w/o clearing) when there is no direct allocation of the CCA, by defect they will go to the main CCA, the one that is allocated to the Company Code. If the user is unable to assign the CCA during the posting of the payment or if it gets processed via an Interface; then see the possibility of incorporating a logic via Substitution.

3. In the case of posting of Special GL Accounts, if they are relevant for Credit Management, validate with the user if the allocation of CCA can be always be unequivocal. Evaluate as well the possibility to use a logic via Substitution, to prevent human mistakes.

Finally if you still want to use FIN-FSCM-CR (valdidate first why?):

1. Create a Segment for each CCA.

2. Assign your Segments to the corresponding CCA (table: V_T014_SEGMENT)

Thus you will ensure that the credit exposure from SD documents, the open items (liability update) and payment behavior ratios will determine the right Segment when being imported in FIN-FSCM-CR.
