Yes, I checked it, it is a txt file and it cannot have screenshots, only text and empty space for screenshots.

This is why it looks like some internal issue. I thought something like "CLIENT: SD4-200" belongs to some Project and was not intended to be asked on Community page, since nobody can reproduce the test...

It is a client question. they used the setup from Distribution equipment functionality set-up document. Looking for input from someone who has setup and worked with the Distribution equipment functionality?
