Dispute Management - Error initializing the SP client

Hi,

Only one specific user getting error "Error initializing the SP client" in Dispute management. when user clicks on find disputes or my dispute cases.

We have tried by changing the RMS ID but still we have issue.

please provide your valuable solutions.
