Can we navigate to SAP backend display transactions from FSM? e.g a user wants to display the work order(PM order) as in IW33 from within FSM or even edit it?
You can create udf field which would contain a url to open work order. And this field could be in an activity or in a service call in FSM. Then the user will be able to press this link and it will be opened in a separate browser tab.
