Picking of stocks using the Fast track option in RF gun's enables a faster and effective way to dispatch stocks from WH. Even though the picking doesn't follow the FEFO or FIFO model, this picking option has been very helpful for WH which have a severe space crunch in it.
This model is highly successful for movement done for a full pallet. I have been trying to check how the same can be used if only a partial pallet is to be loaded ?
The process that I am currently following for full pallet movements is a below ,
- creation of STO (Stock transfer order)
- Enter the STO number in the RF gun & the destination location (Dock number)
- Scan the HU number which is to be loaded (full pallet is considered as one HU)
- confirm the HU & save the same.
- Outbound number is generated & TO is confirmed
All the above activity is done at the dock and the final PGI & invoice is done later.
Can someone assist me on how to go about in case of only a partial pallet to be loaded?
