Discrete optimizer failing in step 3

Hi all,

Discrete optimizer is failing in step 3. When I re-run the optimizer, the run is successful. It is happening almost every time from past few runs. Could someone please enlighten as to what may be causing the issue?

Please note that the error mentioned in the log is "Invalid time interval".
