Discontinued part

Hello all, I’m using 10.2 creating cycle counts through T-Code M131. I have a discontinued part that made it to my cycle count and I’m wondering how I can get rid of that entirely. I was able to get count to post , when I run my report it still shows that specific part as not yet counted/posted in relation to the document number it was cycled on. I need to get that part off my report and would also be great if I could get it removed from my inventory all together, the quantity of said part is zero and is discontinued so I have no need for it to be in SAP.
