How can we disable/ inactive alerts in SAP B1 system for those Service Calls that are created from FSM?
There is no functionality in SAP FSM that can create an alter in SAP B1 system. Alert happens because SAP B1 assigned an Service Call to the user. SAP FSM only displays alerts, it can not create them.
In the below SAP Help document for SAP Business One, we found the following text which states that such alerts are default and via internal messaging system.
Specify a user responsible for handling the service call. When a service call is created, this option is selected by default and it is the user who creates the service call.
You can select a different user, for example, if you need to forward the service call for advanced handling. The new assignee receives an alert regarding the forwarded service call via the internal messaging system.
