Directory path not found in AL11

Hi Experts,

There is a proxy program in which logic is implemented to create a file upon successful condition validation. When executed the program it is showing the message that file is created in the AL11 directory path. But when manually checked in AL11 path the same directory is not visible.

Might be any configuration/activations to make that path visible or so...

Please help/suggest on this.

Hi Farooq,

Try checking the parent directory and see whether you can access the folder within.

Eg., If the program says the data as downloaded to

/ciserver/var/home/sap/download/test/file1. Look for

/ciserver/var/home/sap/download and see whether you can see the folder test inside and the file1 inside the folder.

Hi,

May be you don't have authorization to view the path. Check the auth. group in SPTH table by providing the path. See whether you have the authorization group in FS_BRGRU.
