Hi,
Scenario is as follow:
I have a given customer located in Norway in the middle of the country and I have 2 different carriers providing materials to that given customer - one is a parcel carrier (carrier UPS) and one is a FTL carrier (carrier DHL).
The 2 carriers have different transit times, so how can I SAP-wise reflect that, when the customer is located in one transportation zone at customer master.
And as we can not distinguish our delivery performance is not correct.
Could a solution be to create 2 transportation zone tables in customizing - one for GLS and one for DHL?
Bonus-info: please take into account - my company does not have SAP TM.
In advance thank you
Best regards,
Bo

Hi R. Criellaard,
Thanks for feedback.
Yes I know about transportation lanes in TM which could solve my challenge but we do not have TM so I am searching for a solution which do not involve TM.

Hi Bo,
Do you have transportation lanes? From a TM perspective you have to create different means of transport. (1 for Parcel and 1 for FTL) For each means of transport you can define a distance and duration in the transportation lane.
