Dear community,
there are a few users in department with the same set of roles, except the key user with some additional roles. When they open the app manage planned orders (F4170) they can change the area of responsibility (AOR) in the personal settings. The options look like this:
Now there is a new user with a recently created user account with the same set of roles. He will get a different list of options in the MRP settings, asking for AoR and usage of app F0251A:
What is causing this different list of options? I did not find any hint in the roles and restrictions how to modify the content of the app settings.

There's new functionality/mechanic around apps being 'active' or not within a role I've just seen in this blog:
