Different inspection types with origin 04 for different production order types

1. Does the standard setting 'Inspection for Manufacturing Order' only work for inspection origin 03?

2. Is there any standard approach to assign different inspection types with the same origin 04 based on the different production order types even for the same material?

3. If no, is it suggested to use EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002 to do the inspection type replacement?

unfortunately there is no standard approach. You would need to include a developer to explore additional options.
