Hi
I have a bulk storage type where I've allowed 3 HU Types, capacity differs for all of them.
So bin "AAA_H1" can handle HU types H1, H2 and H3, my expectation is that once first WT for HU Type H1 is created, system will not create next WT for the same bin, unless HU Type is the same as already placed/planned..
Is there any way to handle it? For now system is just mixing all HU types in one bin.

Hi,
as Joao wrote, the system should allow different HU types if the max number of HUs is the same. Which is something which you do not want, so it might be debatable.
But I agree, when the max capacity is not the same, the system should not create such a mix.
In the system I have tested your issue it works as expected - if I create the WTs not at the same time. If I create the WTs separately it works fine, but I had an inbound delivery with the same product packed in two different HU types (with different max numbers) and then indeed the system put them in the same bin - which is of course an error. Now this is a training system and we removed the enqueue, so this might be a homemade issue, need to test this again.
But in your case: if you have confirmed the WT already (or also just created) and the system creates the situation you described - I would recommend to open a ticket. Because that is now what should happen.

Hi Krzysztof,
From my experience system allows different HU types to be stored in one bulk bin, as long as those HU types are configured to 'consume' the same space in the bin.

That picture refers to pallet storage. Different strategy.
