Difference between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA RFNO

Hello Experts,

What is the difference between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA RFNO ?

The SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas for Retail Fuel Network Operations (SAP S/4HANA RFNO) solution for service stations monitors and controls the entire exchange of data such as, for instance, cash and volume flows, and supports daily lessee settlement, fuel inventory management, replenishment, and payment and fleet card management.

SAP IBP : Fulfill future demand profitably with real-time supply chain management. Powered by in-memory computing technology within SAP HANA, this cloud-based solution combines capabilities for sales and operations; demand, response, and supply planning; and inventory optimization.

Both the tools are used to do forecasting for Oil and Gas. What differentiates the planning? How can these co-exist without interfering in each others space?
