Determination Freight Charge Calculation in Freight Order

Hi experts,

I'm customizing the Charge Calculation in SAP TM. I’d setup in:

1.SAP s/4 HANA

a.Define Charges Profiles

b.Define Calculation Profiles

c.Define Cost Distribution Methods

d.Define Cost Distribution Profiles

e.Assigned the Carrier in BP transaction (CRM010 Role)

f.Assigned the Calculation Profile ID in BP (Purchasing Organization -> Transportation Purch. Org. Data);

2.NWBC

a.Charge Management and Service Product Catalogs

i.-> Create Calculation Sheet

ii.->Create Rate Table Definition

iii.->Create Scale

b.Freight Agreement Management

i.-> Create Freight Agreement

The process is:

-Delivery -> Freight unit -> Freight Order

In Freight Order step, I determined the purchase organization, and the freight agent (carrier) manually.

When calculating the freight costs the calculation scheme is determined, but the condition (FB00) is not being determined.

Please, could you help me?

Maybe this can help? SU01 > Parameters > /SCMTMS/TCC_LOG (with parameter value = "X")

depending on your release of SAP there may also be a parameter ID to display the TCM log. I know this is true for HAHA 1809 embedded, I forget about other environments.

Stupid question: but is everything in Released mode? rate table, TCCS (check the dates), freight agreement. Also hit F5 to refresh your freight order to make sure it reads the latest settings. I assume that the FO is relevant for charge calculation 🙂

Hi Willian. Thanks for you answer. The version is SAP TM HAHA 1809 embedded. The Order Freight is relevante for charge calculation, of course.

Hi Sara I activated the detail of messages to 9, checked the customizing, calculate sheet and I could not find the error.

Please, could you explain me How do I check the charge calculation sheet determination?

When I calculate charges, no error messages appears.

I'll check the order calculation sheet and increase the message level to 9.

When you calculate charges, is there any error message? If you aren't seeing any messages, you may want to increase the level of messages in SPRO "Define Message Settings" to detail level 9.

Since the FB00 charge line does not appear in the freight order charge calculation, it seems maybe the charge calculation sheet is not being determined.
