Destination data provided already exsists error when deploying Work Manager 6.5

Hi Team,

We have Work Manager 6.1 application deployed on SMP Version : 3.0.13.3. Recently, we have updated SMP version to SMP 3.1 SP00 PL1 and followed below steps to deploy Work Manager 6.5 application.Now both the application exists in same server.

• Run the installer and create a ZIP file
• Create application in SAP management Cockpit
• Deploy the Zip file created in set 1 through cockpit which created a folder in
• "com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.application.WAMMIWorkManager65".
• Restarted the application

However, back end is not loaded for WM6.5 application on further verification, encountering error "destination data provider already registered".

Can you please verify and provide your inputs.Thanks in advance.

This is an issue with the SMP Server and not WM. You have to delete sapjco3.jar & sapjco3.dll from <SMP Server Root Folder>\Server\lib.

On Linux, you have to delete the .jar and .so file in the same lib folder.

Steps:

1. Stop your SMP Server

2. Delete the 2 files stated above

3. Restart your SMP Server.
