Derived roles

Hi SAP experts,

On SAP IBP, in mainatain catalog roles i created a derived role and then on maintain restrictions I tried to use the transacttion SU02, SU10 and then the Maintain derived role web  displays a message saying i do not have access to this transactions, my role is an IBP_ALL for reading and writing.

Do you know how can solve this or if there is another way to create derived roles?

as far as I know, there is no predefined standard role IBP_ALL unless you create it o your own.

And with every update, there are more objects that can be maintained

I would guess that when someone in your organization created this IBP_ALL - role, that was before the deriving roles was availale with Fiori App. Can you try to "update" your IBP_ALL role and assign the new authorization objects that may exist because of an upgrade?

HI Irrmhild,

I already tried as you recommend and also I created a new role with all the roles unrestricted for reading and writing, but still i cannot access to any transaction.
