Deployment not running until the end of the horizon in sap apo snp

Hi Team,

I have an issue when running apo snp deployment.

Scenario :-

1. Location A-Location B(quota is set to 100%)

2.Location B -Location C and Location D

While running deployment for the second step from Location B to Location C and Location D ,it is confirming the demands only for 90 days .

Settings done :-

In Product master in SNP2 tab ,we have maintained 'space'-Pull Deployment and maintained'A' Proportional distribution in the fair share rule along with the Pull Deployment horizon as 730 days .

Running Deployment in /N/SAPAPO/SNP02.:-

Selection parameters :-

Planning book- snp planning book

Data view - Monthly data view

Deployment horizon in days 730

Manual selection of one product and location combination

SNP stock transfers - Delete option is selected

Application log -detailed results ,etc

Problem :-

Even though there is ATD , it is not getting confirmed.

Wow , Is SAP SCN really not active anymore as mentioned by a few . It's been almost a week ,seen by 15 people from all over the world but still no response .Is this because ppl don't know the solution to this or don't want to share anymore . This is really disappointing .
