In ECC BOM we maintained " Lead-time offset for operation” as 14-(minus) days for components. We are executing heuristic for header product for which BOM created & system created planned order. The dependent demand availability/Requirement date is calculated as 14-(Minus) from planned order start date.
But the issue is – This time in APO we maintained resource down time valid from date & To date lets say 30 days. Once again executed heuristic on for header product for which BOM created & system created planned order. The dependent demand availability/Requirement date is showing as resource down time from date which 30 days past from planned order start date. Please suggest if we maintained " Lead-time offset for operation” as 14 days- for components & resource down time is maintained then dependent demand availability/Requirement date should be 14-(Minus).
