Delivery time in SNC ASN

I am seeing an issue where delivery time is not correct in SNC ASN. it is automatically increased by some time, even though delivery date is on same day. pls help. which master data/setting/config controls this ?

planned delivery time is maintained as 7 hrs. So shipping date time is correct. System added 7 hrs. But the problem is with delivery time. it is added 3 more hrs.

Check the time mentioned in means of transport in the transportation lane. It would be in hours.
