When will be delivery status has been updated to S/4 side ?
While doing Good receipt or when confirms all putaway task ?

On goods receipt as goods receipt triggers communication back to S/4 - see SAP Help Processing of Inbound Deliveries
Warehouse tasks confirmations don't trigger the communication directly. However in a typical setup goods receipt is posted automatically with a PPF action when stock placement is completed.

It depends on your layout and customizing, and it depends on the status type. Delivery has more than one status.
