Delivery quality can't increase in vl02n

Dear Experts,

                  I have created one stock transfer order for quality of 50 Kg and comitted quantity 30 Kg (based on the availability of stock) then I have created outbound delivery for the same (30 Kg). After outbound delivery created I have received 10 Kg of material from vendor I have done GR as well. Now I want to change the delivery quality from 30Kg to 40Kg. System proposed the error only 10 Kg of material only available (error message:VL150). But I can able to change the delivery quality for outbound delivery created from sales order. But in STO created outbound delivery I can't change the delivery quality.
