delivery header text source

Hello Guru,

I have no text at sold-to or ship-to customers and created a sales order. Until this there is no text at sales order either header or item level. But once I create delivery then a pop-up comes up with text which gets updated at delivery header.

I am not able to identify from where this text is coming and how to remove it.

It looks like a greeting text? Is this the same text appear for all outbound deliveries?Please check any user - exit created in MV50AFZ1REgards,Venkat
