Delivery date issue in Purchase Requisition

Why is the system not proposing same delivery date for both ME51N and MD02 options?

Scenario:

• User is creating Purchase requisitions using T.codes ME51N, and MD02 manually.
• Different ‘’Planned Delivery Time in Days’’ used in Purchase info record and Material master MRP2 view.
• When user create the PR using T.code ME51N, the System is proposing Delivery date of PR based on Planned Delivery Date from Purchase info record.
• When user create the PR using T.code MD02, the System is proposing Delivery date of PR based on Planned Delivery Date from Material Master MRP2 view.

i think this may be since PIR is vendor specific but Md02 created PRs are not attached to any vendor.
