Hi Expert

We have 2 EWM Warehouse into 1 plant. We manage purchase requisition for each Wharehouse , so we need to have 2 differents adress. When we create the purchase requisition, the system doen't take the BP adress linked to the wharehouse.

We have set up :

- 2 BP

- 2 supply chain Unit and linked with each BP

- 2 MRP area with 2 differents Adress.

I also check thi configuration :

Do you know where does the system find the adress in this case.

Thanks for advance

Hi Remy,

The address is determined via the storage location. This must be maintained via Customizing.

Hi,

Can you send the screenshot of your Mapping table for ERP Storage locations (table: /SCWM/V_TMAPSTLO) to see/ better understand the storage location(s) from ERP system that are mapped to your two EWM Warehouses. (Path: Extended Warehouse Management > Interfaces > ERP Integration > Goods Movements Map Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM). Would also like to see what are the 'Party Entitled to Dispose' assigned to those 2 EWM warehouses.

You mentioned that 'you have 2 EWM Warehouse into 1 plant'. So, I'm assuming that you have One plant with two storage locations and each storage location is linked to a different warehouse like this for example:

Plant P001 + Finished Goods Storage location 1000 --> UP1(LE-WM Warehouse) / USP1 (EWM Finished Goods Warehouse)

Plant P001 + Raw Material Storage location 2000 --> UP2(LE-WM Warehouse) /USP2 (EWM Raw Materials Warehouse)

In Standard SAP, it is possible to maintain the delivery address both at the plant level i.e., P001 and at the Storage locations level i.e., 1000 & 2000.

Purchase Req is an internal document. Once you convert it into Purchase Order (PO), it becomes a legal document which you send to your suppliers for purchasing of the goods. In 'standard SAP', when all items in the PO are maintained with the 'same' Goods Receipt storage location, then it will automatically take the address from the plant (which you can see in SAP Screen at the items level tab) and will print this Plant delivery address at the PO header level on the PO form/layout. If some items in your PO are maintained with GR storage location 1000 and some items with GR storage location 2000, then it will automatically consider the address from the storage location (instead of taking from Plant) and will show/print this Storage Locations level delivery addresses at the PO items level on the PO form/layout. Using custom output type and custom Form for PO output, you can manipulate and display whichever delivery address you want to be printed or send it to you vendor.
