Deletion of Resources in Mass

Dears,

i would need to delete 2500+ Resources across 50 Locations in APO. No dependencies exist. No orders.

How do I do it in a jiffy?

I checked the model independent resource in selection screen. But the 'mass' maintenance icon on RES01 shows both 000 version and one without version. So I have to select the alternate rows one page down at a time to unassign them from model. This is taking like forever. There is no filter button to select all model independent resources and remove them from model and delete. I have tons of resources.. Like 500 per plant.

MASSD does not have anything to unassign resources from a model. I checked. May be there are some cryptic labels I can't seem to find.

SCC02 is taking fore ever to load. Definitely unsuited for mass activities.

Hello,

You can do that from /SAPAPO/RES01 transaction enter here all location the Select Model-Independent Resource. In side then select all resources click on Model assignment F5 and remove from model 000 and then use delete option to delete all these resources.

Or /SAPAPO/SCC02 - Supply Chain Cockpit or MASSD - Object Type Resource can be used for same.
