Dear Experts,

I have deleted the Inbound delivery from EWM and ERP as well, but when i am trying to update the Batch Management in material master, system says "SD documents exist (orders or deliveries) that have not yet been processed or that have been processed only in part."

Is there any solution to overcome this error ? and to update the Batch in Material Master.

Hello omar73

When you get an error about not allowed batch management indicator change, the "Display Errors" button appears:

Hit that button and you'll get to a detailed log, that among others lists SD documents blocking the change:

EDIT

Your comment shows that actually the delivery is not deleted from the database, it is only marked for deletion with LIKP-SPE_LOEKZ = X. The delivery is still there in the LIKP table - you can check that with SE16. That is why you get the error in MM02 when changing batch management requirement. You would need to archive those deliveries and get them deleted from the database. Make sure to implement the following notes, so you can archive deliveries with LIKP-SPE_LOEKZ = X

Hi Domink,

I have already checked the same and deleted the inbound from EWM and ERP as well, but it still sowing the same inbound number while I am attempting to do changes in material master.

After those action carried out and I have posted this question.

Hi omar73

The log I mentioned mustn't show deleted documents. Make sure that you have indeed deleted the deliveries. A deleted delivery doesn't show in VL33N. If the log still somehow shows deleted documents, then it is a bug and needs to be reported to SAP support.

Hi Dominik,

IB is not showing in vl33n , but the log shows only in Material Master changes.

1336986 - Inbound deliveries w/ deletion indicator cannot be archived

1816484 - Inbound deliveries w/ deletion indicator can't be archived 2

2100378 - Inbound delivery with deletion indicator can't be archived - 3
