Hi Guys,
During vendor onboard, the contact from SLP has been deleted after he filled the registration questionnaire.
I see him at the Admin site(succesfully registrated, approved, activated). When i try to add again to SLP contact: "This supplier already has a contact with the email address you entered." It gives this error msg. So i can't add to the contact list again and send him the qualification questionnaire.
Anyone has an idea how to add again to the contact list this deleted email adress? Thank you

If I understand correctly you want to recreate the contact in SLP, but a (deactivated) contact with the same e-mail address already exists. SLP will not allow you to create a new contact with the exact same e-mail address of a contact that is either active or deactivated.
If you are unable to reactivate the existing contact (I assume you tried this), then what you can try is the following:
1. Export the contact using SM Admin
2. Change the e-mail address of the existing contact record by adding something to it (for example "delete.<email address>
3. Reload the contact record for this specific contact.
Now that the e-mail address of the deactivated contact has been changed you should be able to add a new contact to to the supplier in SLP with the original e-mail address.
