hello,
Is there a way to delete all the release transport that fall under me. include workbench and customizing transport.
If i go SE09, list down all the release status transport, how can i delete all those transport ? purpose is to clean up only, as too many record.
Can I just directly delete from table E070, or is delete from OS level cofile and datafile ?
Thank you

Hi Woei,
Transports are part of the change management history and important from the version management point of view, there is no reason that I can think of to remove released transport from the transports organizer.

Hi Dhanush,
Sap dot not recommend to delete the tr number.
but if you want to change the release tr to un release you need to change the release tr into un release status. For this you need to use
t code se38 and table RDDIT076 you can see it
Thank you.

Hi,
1.If you want to delete the old transport requests from the import queue of STMS. Then you can refer to note 1924741 to clean the buffer.
2.If you want to remove the old data files, cofiles and log files from your transport directory, you can refer to note 41732 for how to delete those files.

Dhanush
