Delete HU in EWM, update tables in ERP (VEKP)

Hi experts,

short question - I have a HU, generated on a non-EWM related location. Then transferred to EWM using VLMOVE. After GR posting, the HU is getting empty and as a result is deleted in /scwm/pack.

Now this HU is used again in ERP location -> can'T be created as still status 0050 is active in VEKP.

So question is - how to "re-use" this HU? Do I need to create a badi/PPF/whatever in EWM, that with deletion of the HU, the status in ERP is as well changed to 0060? Or any standard way?

Hi,

after some debugging I found that there is no PPF called when deleting a HU in /scwm/pack, either start nor schedule conditions?

Is this correct? If so, I need to think search for another option (can't find a Badi as well...)

Hi Michael, Unfortunately I do not know any standard solution for this.

But last time when I faced this issue was about 8 years ago. Could be that something was developed by SAP since this time.

But could be that you need to develop it, in this case PPF could be good solution for this.

As an option you can try to disable HUs in the delivery for communication with ERP. Maybe HU gets some other status in this case.

Hi Daniil,

thanks for you feedback. Regarding your tip with HU - I know this setting, but in my case the HU is not linked to anything, this customizing is fort in-/outbound deliveries, if the HU data should be transferred to ERP or not.

PPF could be an option => but system does not call PPF action when deleting the HU => again no help 😞

Standard would be great, but I can't find the standard here, maybe "ztandard" ;-))
