Deconsolidation in Deco Work Center does not work

Hello folks,

i'm working with the topic: Process-oriented storage control inbound sap, also with 3 steps: Unload, Deconsolidate and Putaway. I have an order from ERP with 2 positions, each position has a material in it, i pack it from ERP and an inbound delivery is created in EWM, all the steps are found and the 2 materials go into the Deco work center. In the Deco work center i try to deconsolidate the 2 Materials and i got this error message:

Could you please give me some advice, what the problem is. Thanks in advance.

This message means one thing: you tried to drag the product (as you confirmed). But you actually have to move the WT (as the quantity is bound to that).

what exactly did you "try to deconsolidate"?
Judging from the screenshot, there seems to be two stock items in HU 17, however, the arrows in front of the items indicate that there might be active or inactive (product) warehouse tasks.

Do you actually select the stock items and/or warehouse tasks via the tab "Deconsolidate"? Your screenshot with the error message has tab "Create HU" active ...
