Hello, My customer is planning to implement EWM 1909 in S/4. They don't still have S/4 ERP, instead the in-house system is used. In future they want to replace the in-house system with S/4 ERP.
At first they will implement EWM itself to integrate with the existing in-house system. Once the EWM goes live, subsequently they plan to replace the existing system with S/4 ERP, so that EWM runs with S/4 ERP.
In this case, do they need to implement decentralized EWM in S/4 for the first go-live? Afterwards, can they migrate the decentralized EWM to embedded EWM in S/4 when S/4 ERP goes live as well?
