Decentralized EWM and QM integration on S/4HANA

Hi Experts,

I 'm investigating the decentralized EWM and QM integration on S/4HANA. Both EWM and QM part are on S/4HANA system, and both version are 1909 SP1. I'd like to have your help/advise for below question/issues:

1. I tried to do UD in QM component, but got dump when click button " EWM inspection". what's the root cause behind?

2. Then I tried do UD in QM as below. in this way I can close the inspection lot in QM component and transfer the UD code to EWM system, but the follow-up action was not triggered directly. I have to go to the /SCWM/QINSP to close the HU, and then the follow-up action was triggered successfully. is my operation the correct way for decentralized EWM with QM integration?

3. I also tried to do UD in EWM side with /SCWM/QINSP. It worked fine in EWM side. But It did not update the inspection lot in QM side, meaning QM inspection lot still open. is there anything wrong or missed?
