Decentral EWM Skip Lot causes Stuck Queue "System Status QI04 is Active"

Dear Experts,

we are facing a strange issue with our decentral EWM Connection.

We are Using SAP ECC SAP APPL 618 Connected to a Decentral EWM 106 on S/4 2021.

We have a process for Skip Lots:

Create Inbound Delivery -> GR -> Creation/Update of Inspection lot / Document -> automated UD per Job

There is a cycled Job which decides SKIP Lots on ERP Site. When this Job runs, the Inspection lot gets the usage decision on ERP Site. The ERP triggers that to the EWM system via QRFC. The system status is set correctly to QI04 afterwards. But in addition to that, the system creates a Queue Entry in the EWM Inbound Queue:

After Checking the SLG1 Log, I noticed that the Decision is done for the inspection Lot AND for the attached inspection Document:

Anybody else faced this issue? Is there maybe a configuration unclear?

I have the same problem in the EWM 950 version, unfortunately the note applies to S/Core

The problem is now solved with a new OSS note by SAP:

3241873

The hanging Queues do not longer appear after implementing the OSS-Note.
