Debug Material MasterERP(R/3) to EWM(Product Master)

Hi,

I have created Material master in ERP and trying to transfer to EWM.

As my understand tRFC will be used to transfer the data but I wanted to debug R/3 to EWM.

I tried with external session break point(in target system) and done the debug setting(in calling R/3) TRFC block sending.

However I could not debug in EWM from R/3.

Please advise.

Hi,

Check the settings against the RFC destination, either it is maintained for the application case ' Debug-DG '.

Hi Murugan,

Do you have the debugging authorizations for the user id in EWM system,by which you are trying in ECC system?

Means, debugging can be possible with the same user id with debugging option in target system.

I have authorization. I have similar user id in both ERP and EWM systems.

May be the RFC call be will be diff. user. this may be the cause? In this case what I have to do. Please advise.

What I am saying is I am also facing similar kind of problem. I tried SRDEBUG but no clue. Can you please tell me best approach?

Hi,

It would required to activate the break point ID ( check point group ) in the EWM system.

Transaction : SAAB

Here , you can find the check point groups ' /SCWM/ERP****' in the EWM system.

I tried with external break points in EWM but not working.

I tried with SAAB and I dont know what needs to be done and I am getting below screen. Which one I have to select.

Can we use SAAB without wrting custom code in target(EWM) system?

Hi,

It would required to specify the includes in the check point group.You can use the check point group ' /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION'  ( for deliveries ) in the EWM system.

for ERP validations use ' /SCWM/ERPDETERMINATION'
