Dear experts, I have a question on Implementing APO on CAL

Dear experts,

I'm trying to have a MoC instance of APO on HANA by Microsoft Azure or AWS.

I would like to get a clarification regarding below.

1. Should we go for 'SAP HANA, developer edition 1.0 SPS 12' if we want to configure APO?

2. Or Should we go for 'SAP SCM 7.0 EHP4, version for SAP HANA SP11', the trial instance for one month then purchase subscription to unlock it and configure it freely later on?

3. We would like to have a clarification on the APO license, how to get it and how much it costs.
