Dear EWM Experts,
Inbound delivery status in EWM is DCO,DGR completed, and the stock is received in EWM, but GR not yet done in ECC , Queue also disappeared or deleted by some user.
Any suggestions and solution for this ??

You may be right, users can delete queues some times.
If you want, check SM21 tcode. You can control by giving Q25 and Q26 as message id and give date parameters.
This way you can find the users 🙂
If this is not a solution, system may be slowness. The sending of the queues to the ERP system may have slowed down. You can check these Tcodes SMQR, SMQE, SM50, SM12, SM13 with Basis consultant.

Thanks for your swift response,
Before i submit this question i have already checked all those above transactions, it was shown as queues has been deleted , i want to retrieve that queue to find out the "system fail message" why the GR still not processed for that PO whereas it was completed in EWM.

Did you check SMQ1,SMQ2 t-code and PPF for inbound delivery ?
