DBSQL_SQL_ERROR and DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR dump

Hello!

we started to have dumps in the system related to this error: 1. DBSQL_SQL_ERROR and

2. DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR

Exception - CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

Canceled program - /SAPTRX/SAPLEH_FUNCS

Why can these dump occur? We disabled the log task in the rule sets

Do you have any Z* ABAP code in EM ( in rulset activities or elsewhere ) that removes or adds info or control parameters?. This could be a source of possible duplicate key errors.
