Hello,
Could you please help on the below questions on Data Sync Rule?
1. Where can I get precise definitions for each of the additional permission check boxes of data sync rule?
2. Why is there for example repetition of some of them with different years, what is the advise, use the latest?
3. Why can’t I select more than one? For example, if I want to see service history and activities for a service team? (Are they aggregated somehow – so I only need to select one?
Thanks

Hello,
Please check the below comments on the raised queries.
1. Where can I get precise definitions for each of the additional permission check boxes below of data sync rule?
<Please refer to the SAP Help document page Data Sync Rules.>
2. Why is there for example repetition of some of them with different years, what is the advise, use the latest?
<For example data sync rule R10 is obsolete and R10_2022, please read the description of these rules on the SAP help page mentioned in the above point. It's stated that with the change on how activities are handled with the new cancellation method the old rule R10 is obsolete and R10_2022 should be used instead.>
3. Why can’t I select more than one? For example, if I want to see service history and activities for a service team? (Are they aggregated somehow – so I only need to select one?
<Data Sync Rules may be considered an extension of the "OWN" permissions for certain Data Object types, but only apply to the data synchronized on Field Service Apps.
Data Sync Rules are applied in the following order: Subscriptions > Permissions > Data Sync Rules. Only one rule can be enabled per Data Object type at one time. However, multiple rules can still be combined, by enabling only one for any given object type.>
If you require another combination you would probably need to can raise a feature request on customer influence.
Thanks
