Hello,

I have upload the key figure "actuals rev" for two different product-customer combinations.

For the first combination, I can see the actuals rev in the planning view. But unfortunatley not for the second combination.

I see, that the data are succesful uplaod. If I start the master data tile and switch to the "planningobjects with kexfigures" I can see for both combiantions the values.

For that reason I start to create (again) a planning object for the second combination. the process start, but nothing happend.

Which further steps I can do ?

Hello,

I found the solution.

The kf actuals qty was empty. If I want to see values for the kf actuals rev, I need values in the kf actuals qty.

sorry but this is not the case. I upload the actual rev for both combination in one upload file

for combination

Loc 3710 cus 101000 Prod IBP-100 currency ID EUR i can see the values in in the planning view in kf actuals rev

for combination

LOC 3710 cus 121000 Prod IBP-100 Currency ID EUR I can't see the values in the planning view in kf actuals rev

So for me, both have the same cur ID and the same exchange rate.

Hi Oliver,

I believe Planning Objects constitute of different materials or different currency. The Planning Object which is not working in Planning View must be missing UOM or Exchange Rate. Try loading the data with Base UOM and Rev Currency. It would work.

Then try to load the missing UOM or missing Exchange Rate.

thanks for the reponse.

This is a good point. But the products in the two combiantions are the same. The only difference is the customer. combination with customer a is visible, the other combination with customer b is not visible.

the location and product are same in both combinations

Hi Oliver,

Have you already checked the Currency relevant topic. If the exchange rate is missing between the Currency in which data is stored and the currency in which data is viewed, then thats the reason.
