In addition to the attributes available to prioritize the forecast mentioned in the Help IBP (Sort atributtes), is it possible to include customizable attributes used in the product and location master data to strengthen the prioritization rules?

As far as I am aware of, you can only use those sorting attributes that the system suggests.
That includes the custom attributes you can enhance your order data with, which you can fill with BADI from ECC
