Customer reciepts are not fulfilled as per non delivery cost rate

Hi Gurus,

I am exploring optimizer. I have maintained the master data and transactional data setup for a simple scenario. I am having two customer demands and i have set the non delivery cost rate for one customer and product combination as a very high value and system is not respecting that. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

what is not respected? Are the demands not fulfilled at all?
Please try the Optimizer Explanations to find the reason for the non-fulfillments.

The screenshot didn't show up at first: Are both customers satisfied from the same Location? Any limitations on the customer transport to CUST01? Optimizer explanation should provide the according reason.
